Great place highly recommend.

We rented a RV for 5 days from Kate and it was great! The RV was stocked with everything we would need on our trip: tea, coffee, firewood, chairs, dinnerware, towels etc. The RV itself was clean and comfortable and Kate told us everything we needed to know about operating the RV and about Alaska. Definitely would rent again from her.

Kate helped us have a great RV trip in Alaska. She was so considerate! Without extra charge, she provided 3 sets of bedding and lots of other things like cookware sets, grill, charcoal, chairs, firewood, coffee maker, toaster, tea, organic sugar and honey, oil and so on, when We forgot to buy sandwich bags for packing lunch, we were so glad to find one box of them in one of drawers. We felt it was as convenient as home. Kate also provided lots of helpful information for our itinerary. And the rental price was excellent! Lots of thanks to Kate!

I cannot say enough good things about Kate and her family. We were new to RVs and she and her husband were so patient and they went SO above and beyond for me and my family to make sure we were enjoying our trip. The extra trip information and all the extras accommodations in the RV were great as well. When we come back, we will only rent from Kate and Alaska Bear RV! Exceptional all around!

We rented a 32ft RV from Alaska Bear for a 6 day fishing trip. Kate and her husband Rafael were extremely accommodating, picking us up and driving us to the airport (although our flights departed very early!), offering help and advice for us to have a remarkable experience in Alaska (e.g. list of sightseeing attractions, packing list, and driving duration charts). The RV was clean and well stacked with everything you need, from towels and linens to camping equipment, firewood, cooler, hatchet, and cooking supplies. We had a wonderful experience and will be back – renting an RV from Alaska Bear RV Rental.

Kate is an amazing resource and gracious host. Her RVs are neat, clean and equipped with everything you need for meal prep, cleanup, and travel. All the supplies are there. You don’t have to buy anything but your food. NO ONE knows Alaska better—- she’s ‘been there done that’ and can provide you all the information you could possibly need for your trip. That, coupled with her helping get you to and from the airport and any accommodations you might need, make this a seamless, painless, wonderful experience and great person to do business with. After using Alaska Brown Bear Rv Rentals, I will never use anyone else! The owner Kate is is very friendly and easy to work with. If you have questions about Alaska , she more than likely has the answer. She grew up there with her father being a marine biologist. With the exception of food the RV is stocked with everything you could possibly need! Firewood, fire starting material, dishes, coffee and coffee maker, can opener, silverware, dish soap, fold up chairs for outside, the list goes on and on! I was making our first fire and got upset realizing i did not have matches or a lighter, and there is nowhere in Alaska with a store just around the corner. Then my wife said "relax, Kate has one in the top drawer next to the stove". Not to mention transportation to and from the airport. Very nice!!!! I highly recommend this service!!

Great customer service with suggestions that really made my family travels a great memory. Really appreciated the cleanliness too, we have rented elsewhere, but not anymore. Thanks !!!

Last year I rented a small RV from Alaska Brown Bear RV Rental and was extremely satisfied with it. Great and friendly customer service, very clean and excellent price. For sure I am going to rent it again this coming September.

Kate helped my parents with their RV needs even though she was out of town. Super easy to work with and responded quickly. The RV is clean, smells fresh & the linens are soft.

Katie is the best! She not only picked us up from the airport, she showed us the most local place to go to be able to get rid of our waste, get water, gas, and propane. She provided her own personally written paper of great locations she would suggest we visit. She supplied us with chairs, wood, a grill, and the RV was fully loaded with everything we could have needed for the trip. We actually got a very large scratch on the RV (being taken care of by insurance) Katie was more than understanding and told us that it was ok and to continue on with our trip, she stated "things can be fixed, memories are what are most important." She even let us stay in the lot the night we flew in and the night before we left because we arrived so late and left so early. We could not have asked for a better company to rent from, much preferred over the larger companies who do not have that personal feel. Will return to Katie!

I rented two different RVs two seperate times. Both RVs were great. More than that the customer service I received was above and beyond amazing. I will only use Brown Bear whenever I need to rent an RV!

We had booked the trip of a lifetime and then our family had a medical emergency and had to cancel the trip only 4 days before we were to leave. Despite the inconvenience of a losing a rental last minute during high tourist season, Kate was lovely and understanding. She refunded me the full amount, something that I doubt other RV rental companies would have done. If/when we make it back to Alaska, we will book with Alaska Brown Bear Rentals again.
